At Nutri-Licious, the focus is on you, whether you’re looking to give your family the best start, striving for better health, or managing a complex medical condition, I meet you exactly where you are and work at your pace.

I have seen the limitations of volume-driven care where brief encounters only skim the surface, leaving little room to truly listen to people’s stories or explore their unique needs. I’ve chosen to do things differently, stepping away from the hustle of volume-driven care because I believe effective nutrition support requires time, attention, and trust. Nutrition care is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and the key to meaningful change begins with listening deeply to the people I work with. Your story, challenges, and goals shape the path we take together. This is why every nutrition consultation is personalised, thoughtful, and rooted in evidence-based care.

If you’re looking for someone who will take the time to understand you and work alongside you – not just prescribe and move on – I would love to support you on your journey. Because at Nutri-Licious, you are never just another appointment – you are at the heart of everything I do.
